ItвЂ™s rare for Nintendo offers refunds on eShop purchases, but the glitchy circumstances of Sonic Colors: Ultimate's Switch launch have led to a significant exception from Nintendo. The company is usually strict with offering refunds for games, but the rough release of Sonic Colors: Ultimate has seemingly allowed for more leeway in customer refunds. With the number of glitches in Sonic Colors: Ultmate, Nintendo is reportedly more flexible in offering refunds for the buggy Nintendo Switch release.
